About Villa Las Cumbres

Las Cumbres is an exciting luxury Bed and Breakfast and rental villa on the Mexican Riviera overlooking the Pacific Ocean in amazing Manzanillo, Mexico. Manzanillo, in the state of Colima between Puerto Vallarta and Acapulco, is set on the Santiago Peninsula between two sparkling bays - it's a location that must be seen to be truly appreciated. This area offers miles of stunning beaches.

"Las Cumbres" in Spanish literally means 'The Summits'. Situated high atop the Santiago Peninsula, the villa overlooks the tranquil water of the Bay of Audiencia and the spectacular beaches along the shore. Beyond is a clear view of the Pacific Ocean, the Sierra Madre foothills, Santiago Bay and another collection of beautiful beaches for you to explore. You too can have a mountaintop experience enjoying the ambiance of this Mediterranean / Mexican style villa. 

Set atop a protected hillside, Villa Las Cumbres is relatively hidden retreat that enjoys cool temperatures and strong breezes from the foothills of the Sierra Madre. This luxurious Bed and property on the Mexican Riviera offers four bedrooms with tiled baths along with gorgeous views of the water and soothing sounds from ocean waves tumbling on the beautiful sandy beaches below.

The principle living areas are spread across two principal levels, connected with gentle interior staircases. The woodwork throughout the Villa is hardwood and the workmanship is impeccable. The kitchen is fully-equipped and beautifully detailed. Each bedroom includes ample built-in dressers and closets along with fans to supplement the ocean breezes.

An art professor from the university in Guadalajara designed the outside fountain and figurines for the Villa. The artwork throughout the home is tasteful and indigenous to this region of Mexico.

The gardens are tastefully landscaped reflecting the tropical surrounding. Coconut palms and lime trees supplement the abundant tropical foliage and views of the jungle-covered mountains that surround the bay.

Policies

Bed & Breakfast

::  Minimum one night stay and subject to availiblity.
::  Maximum of two adults and one infant per room.
::  50% Deposit secures confirmed reservation.
::  Balance due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. 
::  If more people arrive than stated on the website without prior approval, they may be denied occupancy or an extra charge may apply.
::  Tenants occupying the property will be responsible for any damages caused by themselves, or  their guest, to the property, or its contents during their stay. Costs, for damage, will be limited to  repairs or replacement value of item(s) damaged. 
::  No pets will be allowed in the rental property without written permission prior to arrival. 
::  Unlawful activities, boisterous or rowdy behavior will not be tolerated. 
::  Villa Las Cumbres takes no liability for theft, loss, injury or death on the premises. 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

::  A booking form will be sent to you.
::  All guests must sign, date, and return a scanned or printed copy of the Policies, Terms &  Conditions to the Villa owners before payment will be accepted.

CANCELLATIONS

::  The total amount paid is forfeited in the event of cancellation
::  If the room(s) is rented again for the same period, the full amount, less 15%, will be refunded
::  Trip cancellation insurance is available from various insurance companies.

 

Villa Rental

::  Minimum one-week rental unless otherwise approved.
::  Saturday-to-Saturday unless otherwise approved.
::  50% Deposit secures confirmed reservation.
::  $750 security deposit is required upon payment of the final deposit, which will be returned     following the receipt of the phone bill and assuming the villa is not damaged or defaced.
::  Balance of rental deposit and security deposit due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. ::  Maximum 8-person occupancy. If you wish to bring more than eight, please call or e-mail us and  we will do our best to accommodate you (additional charges will apply).
::  The number of guests stipulated on the accommodations is the maximum number of guests  allowed to stay at the property. If more people arrive than stated on the website without prior  approval, they may be denied occupancy or an extra charge may apply.
::  Tenants occupying the property will be responsible for any damages caused by themselves, or  their guest, to the property, or its contents during their stay. Costs, for damage, will be limited to  repairs or replacement value of item(s) damaged.

::  Local telephone calls are free, but you must charge long distant calls to your credit card number,  or leave a credit card number for payment when using the Global phone system (approximately  $0.18USD/min.) or making long distance calls with hefty surcharges through the local phone  company.

::  Villa Las Cumbres takes no liability for theft, loss, injury or death on the premises.
